We ship our merchandise by Laposte by Colissimo Service there is a tracking number and it normally arrives within 9 days to 2 weeks.  There is a global pandemic going on right now and we have no control over the post office once we depose your merchandise package its up to them to deliver.  We can give you updates and tell you of any delays.  Please don't wait to long to contact us let's keep connected!!
