These copper pans and pots hang in all the grand houses of France on the back of the stove in the kitchen where everything happens. Daily life, food and wine. This highly unusual copper chafing dish has iron feet and a handle with copper rivets for extra steampunk charm. The piece is very heavy. I have no doubts that this piece is antique. The tine inside has long since worn off, this piece would not be functional but on the table with a cactus or fallow horns would make a kick butt piece of deco!!
It measures; 9 inches wide and 7inches tall 6 inches in diameter, without measuring the handle.
